About MarsAscend Technologies

MarsAscend Technologies builds application-first Agentic AI systems that help enterprises detect, explain, and prevent system failures in real time. Our flagship platform, Helix-SERV, continuously maps live infrastructure signals back to running applications, transactions, processes, and threads. When degradation begins, Helix doesn’t just raise alerts — it quantifies resource impact per transaction, identifies the exact offending process or thread, and explains why the system is failing. Beyond detection, Helix learns from live system behavior to predict capacity exhaustion, prevent recurrence, and trigger autonomous remediation before outages happen. We enable SRE, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to move beyond dashboards and reactive monitoring — toward application-aware system intelligence that can sense, reason, decide, and act in seconds.
