Martin Brothers Consulting Services (MBCS) provides professional accessibility and code compliance consulting for a wide range of project types. As ADA consultants, we deliver CASp-certified inspection reports using applicable accessibility standards, including the ADA Standards and the California Building Code. Our CASp inspectors support projects at every stage—reviewing plans during early design to help teams address accessibility requirements before construction begins, and evaluating existing facilities to identify non-compliant elements and reduce accessibility-related risk. We work across many sectors, including office and retail developments, multi-family housing, and government facilities. In addition to accessibility consulting, MBCS provides DSA inspections and DSA oversight for new construction and modernization projects, as well as playground safety inspections. At MBCS, our consultants bring deep technical knowledge and a collaborative approach. Our team actively maintains continuing education in accessibility and building safety through industry seminars, coursework, and collaboration with respected professionals in the field.
