Martin Commercial Properties is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in Real Estate Asset Management and Development Consultancy. Our aim is to provide clients with a quality personal service to help them maximise returns from their existing property assets or new development opportunities. MCP also employ a team of experienced Facilities and Marketing Managers who can assist landlords with operational management and the promotion of new development schemes. Due to its links with one of the UK’s leading Financial Institutions and also one of the UK’s largest Independent Property Companies, MCP is able to finance commercial property investment and development opportunities, either directly or through joint venture arrangements
