🌟 Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future at MCPAL 🌟 MCPAL, founded in 2017, is dedicated to providing positive alternatives for youth aged 6-18 in Martin County. Through sports, mentoring, and educational programs, we offer a lifeline to at-risk youth, transforming their lives and building a foundation for success. Who We Serve: Primarily serving middle school students referred through various channels, including the Department of Juvenile Justice and Martin County Health Services, MCPAL focuses on those facing challenges such as expulsion, violence exposure, and limited access to career pathways. Our Three-Part Program: Fitness, Leadership, and Skills: MCPAL's hands-on programming connects youth with careers matching their interests, providing job readiness and leadership skills. With Fitness, Leadership, and Skills components, we guide students on a pathway to success. Impact and Results: Reaching over 550 youth annually, MCPAL is creating leaders with the mindset, fitness, and skills needed to transform the community. Year-Round Programs: 🥊 Boxing: USA Boxing-certified program for ages 8-17 🌟 Leadership: Teaching values and decision-making 🤼 Wrestling: Fundamentals and preparation for high school wrestling ⛳ Golf: Basics and a fun introduction for ages 10-18 👥 Mentoring: Pairing youth with caring adults for guidance and support Summer Programs: Camp Spark focuses on self-leadership with career programming and hands-on experiences. Athletics for Self-Leadership includes self-defense and boxing fitness. Citizen 101 teaches financial literacy, court systems, and the law. Mobile PAL: Our innovative Mobile PAL van delivers mentorship and leadership lessons to different parts of Martin County, bridging gaps and providing access to fitness training.
