About Marvella Construction Company

Marvella Construction Company is a licensed General Contractor and full-service Design-Build firm serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We specialize in residential, commercial, and multifamily construction—delivering exceptional craftsmanship and seamless coordination from concept to completion. As a true design-build company, we integrate architecture, design, and construction under one roof. Our multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and builders work together to eliminate gaps between design intent and field execution, saving clients time and money while ensuring superior results. Marvella handles every aspect of the construction process—permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site management—with precision and accountability. We perform nearly all trades in-house, excluding MEP, which allows for consistent quality control and efficient project delivery. Our specialties include new builds, additions, renovations, multifamily developments, decks, roofing, siding, and exterior improvements. With decades of combined leadership experience, Marvella Construction has built a reputation for reliability, transparency, and technical expertise. Our clients include homeowners, developers, and investors who value a collaborative, solutions-driven partner capable of managing complex projects across the DMV region. At Marvella, we believe that construction is more than just building structures—it’s about creating spaces that last, relationships that matter, and trust that endures. Every project we take on is built on the same foundation: quality, integrity, and excellence.
