Marwaha Investments is a private investment and asset management company founded by Gagan Marwaha in 2016 with a focus to invest in stable and trusted assets that can deliver increasing cash flow and equity growth long-term. The company currently owns and manages more than one million square feet of residential and commercial properties in the United States. With over 5 years of experience in real estate investment, the company has acquired over $125 million in real estate across a multitude of asset classes including single-family houses, townhouses, condominiums, commercial land, multifamily, office, and mixed-use buildings. Intending to optimize the asset management, our portfolio is efficiently self-managed by one of our subsidiary companies, Marwaha Real Estate. Our multi-disciplinary approach brings together experience and market insight covering a wide variety of property types that can help us maximize investment opportunities.
