Loan Structure: Each client requires a customized structure. Scenarios ranging from growth equity, financing for acquisitions, joint-venture partnerships, co-investments, traditional interest rate loans, and unsecured loans can all be evaluated. Loan Size: Clients are typically seeking financing above $2 million Timeframe for Receipt of Funds: Our capital providers complete a comprehensive process, covering financial, tax, legal, insurance, and environmental diligence. From initial consultation to final receipt of funds, the process takes 6-12 weeks. Capital Providers: Flexibility is critical, so our financing providers must have the ability to customize repayment schedules, interest rates, and collateral sources. Our network of Private Investors, Family Offices, and Alternative Investment institutions are able to provide more customized financing options compared to traditional lending sources.
