Marz Homes jobs and careers

About Marz Homes

Marz Homes is a Hamilton based building and development firm committed to providing healthy, active and sustainable communities. Founded in 1978 by Mike Pompeani, who began his career in the residential construction industry 60 years ago, Marz Homes is now a second-generation family business building homes throughout the Golden Horseshoe. Having operated locally for four decades, Marz has developed an important trade and supplier network, many of which have been involved since their inception. Thanks to these longstanding relationships, Marz has been able to maintain an emphasis on providing thoughtfully planned and well-built communities with a strong reputation for customer service. Building strong communities is a core belief in the Marz Homes culture. Their dedicated staff are key in allowing them to continue to provide well designed and innovative neighbourhoods.
