About Mashik

Mashik integrates advanced automation and AI into supply chain and procurement operations, enabling organizations to move beyond rule based efficiency toward adaptive, intelligence driven performance. Our portfolio spans robotic process automation, AI agent deployment, and end to end orchestration across sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier governance. We automate high volume procurement workflows including purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, supplier onboarding, and contract data extraction, reducing manual effort by 60 to 85 percent while improving accuracy and audit traceability. All solutions integrate with existing ERP and procurement platforms to ensure continuity and minimal disruption. Mashik deploys autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi step procurement tasks with limited human intervention. These agents support supplier identification, spend categorization, demand forecasting, price benchmarking, and risk monitoring. Unlike static automation, they adapt to changing market conditions and provide real time decision intelligence. Each initiative follows a structured methodology including process discovery, feasibility assessment, integration, piloting, and scaled deployment with continuous performance monitoring to ensure measurable ROI and long term sustainability. Representative projects include intelligent tender analysis, AI driven supplier risk assessment, automated spend visibility and anomaly detection, and conversational AI interfaces for internal procurement management. Automation and AI in procurement are no longer optional. They are structural requirements for operating with precision at scale. Mashik delivers the expertise and implementation depth to turn these capabilities into sustainable operational assets.
