About Mason Infotech Ltd

Architecture and engineering practices don't have ordinary IT needs. Large Revit models, BIM coordination across distributed teams, compliance requirements for public sector frameworks, these aren't problems a generic IT provider knows how to solve. Mason Infotech exists specifically for firms in the built environment. We're a UK-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider that works with architecture, engineering, construction, and quantity surveying practices. We understand the software your teams depend on: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, NBS, and cost management platforms; and we design infrastructure that supports the way your practice actually operates. That means cloud environments where large models open quickly. Security frameworks that satisfy Cyber Essentials and client due diligence requirements. Microsoft 365 setups that genuinely improve collaboration rather than creating new headaches. And support from people who understand what your team is trying to do, not just what ticket they've raised. We work with practices ranging from 10-person studios to multi-office consultancies, and our approach is always the same: understand how the firm works, identify what's holding it back, and build a plan that improves performance, security, and reliability without unnecessary cost. Our services include managed IT support, cybersecurity consulting and Cyber Essentials certification, Microsoft 365 migration and optimisation, Azure cloud infrastructure, strategic IT planning, and backup and disaster recovery. We don't believe in jargon-heavy sales pitches or locking clients into services they don't need. We believe in honest conversations, clear recommendations, and IT that helps your practice do better work. If your firm's technology isn't keeping up with your ambitions, we'd welcome a conversation.
