We provide ample on and off-site training, professional development opportunities, company events, athletic teams and other benefits that promote a healthy work-life balance. We believe in doing what is right for our customers and our employees and we are also committed to serving the communities in which we work. Massaro conducts annual fundraising events and campaigns, provides all employees paid time-off to volunteer and, through our Professional Days program, we have hosted hundreds of young people interested in careers in construction at our corporate offices and on our job sites.
