About Master Tract

Founded in 2018, Master Tract began with a bold vision: to provide expert consulting services that drive meaningful impact in the field of infrastructure development. From the beginning, our mission has been rooted in excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to transforming the built environment through a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach. Our name, Master Tract, is more than just a brand; it’s a reflection of our philosophy. We aim to master every tract of development we touch, ensuring every project is handled with precision, strategic insight, and care. Our services span across the built environment, integrating multiple professions to deliver well-rounded, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a 100% youth-owned and Level 1 B-BBEE company, we take pride in our role as both service providers and contributors to South Africa’s economic growth and transformation. We are not just building infrastructure; we are building futures, empowering young professionals, and actively participating in the development of thriving communities. Our headquarters are proudly based in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, with additional branches in Driekop (Limpopo) and Mooinooi (North West), allowing us to serve a broad and growing client base across provinces. At Master Tract, we believe in progress with purpose. Whether it is urban planning, project management, infrastructure consulting, or sustainable development, our goal remains the same: to deliver excellence and create long-lasting value. We are ready to collaborate with private, public, and community-based stakeholders to shape the future, one project at a time.
