About Masterplan Limited

Established since 1992, Masterplan has been at the forefront of shaping Hong Kong. With a team of dedicated professional town planners, we specialise in delivering sustainable development and creative urban solutions for the built environment in Hong Kong. From the beginning of the town planning process, we collaborate closely with local stakeholders inlcuding public bodies, developers, and community groups, to create vibrant, healthy, and sustainable neighborhoods. Our approach emphasises human-centric and environmentally conscious solutions, while integrating cultural heritage conservation with modern development. We are committed to projects that encompass harbourfront revitalisation, urban regeneration, and the harmonious integration of the past and the future.
