About MasterTag
For three generations, MasterTag has served the horticulture industry exclusively since 1949, when Lou Schmidt designed the first plastic horticultural tag for greenhouse growers. Now we're helping a new generation of horticulture customers with labeling and merchandising products that respond to the challenges of today's industry. The MasterTag promise is a continual focus on improving quality in the marketplace, the workplace, the environment and the community. We adhere to the highest ethical standards, knowing that the quality of our products and the dedication of our employees build trust and strengthen relationships. We will serve our customers through innovation, superb service and a commitment to assisting them in growing their business and our mutual profitability. We treat each other with dignity, fairness and respect. We will foster an inclusive environment that encourages all employees to develop and perform to their fullest potential. MasterTag will be a place where everyone’s ideas and contributions are valued, and where responsibility and accountability are encouraged and rewarded.
