From every product line, our changeover takes only 3 hours, allowing us to produce product variations within a very short time. Every garment we produce follows a rigorous production flow. From fabric, trims, and accessories inspection, to CAD marker making and 3D sampling, followed by pattern making, relaxation, spreading, and precision cutting. The cut fabrics then go through fusing, sorting, and bundling before reaching the sewing process.
