Since decades "Pugliese & Co." makes traditional oil-preserved foods, pâtès and ready-made sauces in a traditional and natural way using a non-industrial approach to its productions. We are proud to say that Mastrototaro Food is an 100% ITALIAN made only from local raw materials and preserved with our own made Extra Virgin Olive Oil. All the vegetables come from the family owned farms surrounding the pack-house where they are harvested only by hand right before being processed. The processing of products and the preparation of jars are made "only from fresh food" within few hours from the harvest following the method of the Km 0 (short connection) This method of production helps preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the vegetables and give you an extremely natural and tasty product.
