Manufacturing and Technical Community Hub (MATCH) is an innovative non-profit manufacturing and bilingual training facility in the Fair Haven section of New Haven, CT. MATCH’s mission is to build a skilled local workforce by teaching manufacturing by manufacturing and providing paid training to program participants. MATCH prioritizes breaking down barriers to opportunity, offering language translation services, access to convenient transportation, and wrap-around services through partner organizations. Skilled workers will leave MATCH proven to be ready for work in manufacturing as every business activity at the MATCH factory is an educational opportunity. MATCH manufactures its own branded LED Industrial Task Lights and offers contract manufacturing services. Working in collaboration with local companies, MATCH manufactures assemblies providing service as a reliable Made-In-America vendor, training workers with technically relevant skills, and creating employment opportunities.
