About Matchwell

Matchwell is boutique legal search partner. Founded by a General Counsel and a recruitment expert with over 20 years of combined experience, Matchwell has a deep understanding and a specific passion for legal recruitment. At Matchwell, finding the right legal professional isn’t just about an impressive CV or big ambitions. What matters most is whether someone truly fits the team and has the potential to grow with the organisation. Because when that’s not the case, collaborations often end prematurely and the whole process starts over again. A waste of time, money, and energy. We prevent that through a careful and personal selection process. We look for candidates who do not only have the skillset, but who also align with your team culture. That’s how we increase the chance of a sustainable match. Our process is transparent and efficient. We only take on assignments when we’re confident we can deliver the right legal candidate for the role.
