MateMachine is a city-embedded civic infrastructure platform designed as long-term urban infrastructure for structured, real-world human conversation and connection. The system combines a fully built, multi-feature digital platform with partner-owned physical locations deployed at city scale. The digital layer coordinates participation and continuity, while the physical layer is delivered through an asset-first real-estate partnership and franchise model. MateMachine is well past the concept stage. It has been developed over several years with 90+ contributors, is protected by international PCT patent filings, and has been behaviorally validated through early activations in Canada with ~40,000 real-world interactions. Global rollout is now being prepared, launching from Dubai and expanding into major international cities through: • a scalable digital platform, and • partner-owned physical locations where early asset owners retain 100% ownership and appreciation. MateMachine is not a dating or entertainment product. It is urban social infrastructure—designed for a post-AI world where real presence, meaning-based systems, and face-to-face human interaction become increasingly valuable.
