About Matsya Foundation

Matsya Foundation powers grassroots action across South Asia with practical support for conservation, sustainable livelihoods, climate literacy, and rural poverty relief. We back the people closest to the work—conservationists, teachers, farmers, and community leaders, so that local projects can move faster, stick longer, and shine brighter. Our model is simple and bold at once: fund many small, high-impact efforts, pair them with the right mentors, and make sure their stories are seen. We focus on quality and quantity so more good things can happen quickly where they matter most. Local Roots, Lasting Impact. Real results that communities can feel.
