About Matt Rolf Attorney LLC

Matt Rolf is an experienced real estate attorney with a renewed focus on environmentally friendly, transit-oriented properties. Serving Cuyahoga and Geauga counties since 2013, he recently moved his firm to the Shaker Square neighborhood. Rolf is an outspoken advocate for walkable, bicycle-friendly, and sustainable communities. In 2019, he sat on the transportation committee for the Shaker Square redesign process and is currently aiding the Advisory Committee for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's (GCRTA) Light Rail Shelter Improvement Project. In 2016, he moderated a five-part film discussion series titled "Making Space For Community," to foster dialogue around land use and urban policies. Rolf works with clients to improve access to quality housing and commercial properties for culturally and economically diverse families, with a distinct focus on end-users of the GCRTA Rapid Lines. Rolf’s firm is a new member of the Plexus LGBT & Allied Chamber of Commerce and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
