About Matter Group

Matter designs and facilitates transformative collaborative experiences for organizations: workshops, conferences, retreats, and brainstorming sessions. Matter facilitates large groups of people gathered to solve an urgent problem; organizations facing changed circumstances; cross-functional teams searching for shared vision and a common approach to achieving it. Matter believes that the wisdom and experience needed to move in a new direction can almost always be found within the organization that needs to make the move; Matter’s job is to make use of the expertise already at your disposal, build understanding, alignment, and action. We have offices in the US, the UK, Germany, Norway and Italy: we serve some of the most demanding companies and organizations in the world.
