About Maui Powerhouse Gym

Maui Powerhouse Gym is Maui’s premier fitness and wellness hub—serving both residents and visitors with two full-scale, 24/7 fitness centers and a third on the way. More than a gym, MPHG embodies the island lifestyle: welcoming, high-energy, and rooted in purpose. From our lifestyle-driven apparel to our boutique class experience at The Studio Maui, everything we build reflects the spirit of strength, community, and island pride. We offer a full member development journey—from your first visit to long-term results—through personal training, group fitness, and ongoing support designed to meet you wherever you’re starting. Our wellness focus extends beyond workouts, emphasizing strength, longevity, and balance for the mind and body. Built by the community, for the community, we take pride in doing everything from top to bottom with intention—creating a space where everyone belongs, progress is inevitable, and Maui shows up stronger together. Lift with Aloha.
