About Maurice Walters Architect, Inc.

Our focus is in the redevelopment of existing urban environments in a thoughtful, efficient and sustainable manner. We aim for timeless designs that transcend style and trends by addressing the characteristics of each site, client, program and context. We believe that design should not begin with a preconceived idea or style, but flow naturally from a thorough investigation and understanding of each client’s desires and the project’s unique challenges. Our pursuit of lasting and elegant design brings together the context, the building, the materials and the detailing, to create successful and enduring architecture and places.
