Mavras is a family-owned olive oil producer based in the Ida Mountains of Turkey, a region renowned for its rich biodiversity and centuries-old olive cultivation tradition. From grove to bottle, every step of our production is carefully managed in-house to ensure the highest standards. Our olives are processed within hours of harvest in our modern, solar-powered facility using a cold extraction system below 26°C, preserving the oil’s natural aroma, polyphenols, and nutritional value. Mavras olive oils have been awarded multiple gold medals in international competitions across Italy, the UK, Japan, Israel, and the United States.
