ECM/DCM – we assist listed and private companies to raise fund through equity and debts by way of share placement, rights issue, open offer and bond issue. Financial Advisory – we provide financial advisory services for merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, privatisation, takeovers, corporate rescue and independent financial advice on valuation and other compliance matters.
