About MAY Architectural Design

MAY Architectural Design – founded 2010, shaping spaces for the future. ___________________________ MAY Architectural Design – founded in 2010, shaping spaces for the future. For over 15 years, we have been developing design and architectural concepts in Cologne that rethink real estate and create lasting value. Our focus: hotels, gastronomy, spas, offices, longstay, serviced apartments, libraries, senior living, and residential projects. From office-to-hotel conversions to interior makeovers of existing properties or complex refurbishments during ongoing operations – we combine creativity with precision planning. As a licensed architectural office, we deliver demanding projects reliably and efficiently. Sustainability is not an add-on but a standard: we work with ecological materials and guide projects through LEED, QNG, and DGNB certifications.
