About MAZi Architects

MAZi (μαζί) means “together” in Greek, reflecting our spirit. MAZi Architects is a collaborative architecture practice based in Newcastle, UK, working globally on diverse projects across housing, learning scapes, places to innovative and master planning. Founded by Despoina Papadopoulou and Katerina Examiliotou, MAZi thrives on partnerships that challenge and inspire, collaborating with landscape architects, engineers, researchers, artists and other talented design studios. Rooted locally, yet reaching globally, we design spaces that foster connection, care, and resilience. We’re always open to new collaborations that expand our impact. Let’s build something meaningful together.
