What we do: We are a team of legal and business professionals who provide legal services and operational support to extend the capacity of in-house legal teams. We work closely with our clients to understand their business, their needs, and their pain points. Our services include working as frontline corporate counsel to product and research teams, creating playbooks and checklists to drive operational efficiency, and drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions including the following types of agreements: Development and Supply IP and Technology Licenses NDAs Professional Services Research Software and SaaS Statements of Work Terms of Use Who we are: We created Mazzie Tech Law with the belief that it is possible to work in alignment with your values.
