About MBM Careers

Made by Mammas Careers is a specialist recruitment company matching employers to a talented pool of parents across the UK wanting to find flexible working that fits alongside family commitments. The Made by Mammas community is currently more than 50k strong, and alongside its award-winning podcast, tackles the issues of modern-day parenting. After five years of conversations with their audience, it became clear to founders Zoe Hardman and Georgia Dayton, that the most common hurdles parents face when returning to work is finding employers that offer flexible working to fit alongside and around family life. Which is why Made by Mammas Careers was born! We couldn’t be more passionate about helping parents fulfil their career ambitions, whilst not sacrificing time with their children.
