MBS Advisors is an independent consulting and investment banking firm that provides merger and acquisition advisory services primarily to family-owned, founder-owned, and owner-operated manufacturing companies in North America and globally. Our clients include plastic injection molders, precision metal forming companies, and other engineered component manufacturers. MBS also provides M&A services to private equity firms and large strategic corporations operating in plastics and precision manufacturing. Specifically, we help our clients meet their exit goals or growth objectives through sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. Since its inception in 1998, MBS has advised on over 170 successful M&A transactions. And, unlike traditional investment banks, most of our senior dealmakers have extensive experience as owners and/or C-level operators in the manufacturing sector.
