MBY Consultants works with leadership teams to maintain commercial control across the full project lifecycle. Using our Commercial Readiness Framework™, we assess whether projects are genuinely set up to be commercially deliverable and not just contractually compliant. The framework focuses on the areas where margin is most often lost: contract and scope reality, delivery capability, risk ownership, commercial governance, cash and financial exposure, and leadership decision readiness. We are engaged both to stabilise live projects under pressure and, increasingly, to support leadership teams before mobilisation ensuring risks are understood, authority is clear, and delivery decisions protect margin from day one. Our work is practical, senior, and decisive giving boards clarity, confidence, and control where it matters most.
