About MC-Bauchemie Middle East L.L.C.

MC is one of the leading independent manufacturers of building chemical products. Next to the headquarter in Germany MC has subsidiaries in more than 40 countries around the world. Solutions tailored to solve specific problems can only be developed in close and direct dialogue with planners, operators and applicators. Today, a workforce of over 3,000 people is committed to translating this philosophy into practice. One reason for this success story is a clear corporate philosophy that especially focuses on having open-minded, expert and customer-orientated staff, on encouraging these staff and offering them opportunities to develop in accordance with their own particular potential. "A company is only as good as its employees.” This quote from the company founder still remains a guiding principle today at MC. Looking for employees with the right motivation, good heart and mind MC is always ready to warmly welcome motivated employees into all areas of the company – whether in sales, product management, administration, R&D or in production.
