Mcneill Marine jobs and careers

About Mcneill Marine

McNeill Maritime is a specialist maritime consultancy supporting seafarers and marine professionals looking to transition into the offshore sector. We provide honest, market-led guidance to individuals from across the wider marine industry — including merchant shipping, yachting, fishing, and nearshore — who want clarity on offshore career pathways, requirements, and realistic expectations. Our consultancy offering is advisory-led, focused on offshore readiness, role alignment, market insight, and professional positioning. We do not offer job placement as part of consultancy services. Shore-side permanent recruitment services will be launching shortly, working with selected maritime and offshore employers to deliver high-quality, long-term hires. This phased approach ensures transparency, integrity, and a clear separation between professional career consultancy and employer recruitment activity.
