We acquire real estate through multiple off-market channels, bulk sales, direct-to-seller, pocket listings, and referral partners. Our acquisitions team identifies the right assets to purchase in the right markets using proprietary systems technology, real-time data, and analytics. MCS specializes in purchasing, remodeling, and resale existing homes, condos, multi-units, and apartment buildings. Our mission is to provide first-time homebuyers and families access to affordable, high-quality homes with seller-paid closing costs and down payment assistance programs.
