About mCubed Staffing

mCubed is a full search staffing firm, specialized in Executive search, IT and professional services focused on delivering an unparalleled experience. We are proud to be a woman owned company who is determined to not be like the rest of the herd. We are small enough to make you not feel like a number, but big enough to surpass your expectations by executing at an extremely high level. We focus on relationship building and getting to know our clients specific needs, built through trust. We are staffing for a greater purpose! When mCubed was formed we thought about our goals and what we are trying to accomplish. We knew we wanted to do more, but what did that mean and what does that look like? Like a light bulb, there it was! We want to make the staffing experience a life changing event! Helping you find your dream job or adding a game changer to your team is certainly a top priority of ours and it will be an amazing experience, but what if we could change someone’s life? Yes. Really change someone’s life. We decided to partner with charitable organizations and to donate 15% of our net profits to charity and to make staffing a life changing event for more than just the client and candidate.
