About MD Strategy Group

MD Strategy Group (MDSG) is a strategy-led advisory firm focused on automotive, mobility, and innovation-driven industries. Our work always starts with strategy. Together with our clients, we define how to achieve sustainable growth — in revenue, margins, markets, customers, products, and capabilities. Based on this strategic foundation, we support Business Development and/or M&A as concrete levers to accelerate growth. A defining element of MDSG is our ecosystem-based approach. We act as the strategic lead within a carefully built network of engineering, industrial, sourcing, financing, and transaction experts. This allows us to connect strategic ambition with technical reality and operational execution — without fragmentation. Our core services include: - Strategy – corporate, growth, technology, and product strategy including software, electrification, production, innovation, AI, make-or-buy, and cost-down topics - Business Development – market entry and expansion, value proposition sharpening, deal initiation via our international network, and creation of concrete revenue opportunities - M&A Advisory – strategy-driven target definition, transaction support, and post-merger integration including organization, leadership, and culture A key element of our Group setup is our sister company Sattelo, based in the Czech Republic, with deep expertise in thermal management and HVAC engineering from concept through industrialization. Together with our ecosystem, this enables true end-to-end execution. With a strong focus on thermal management, mobility, and electrification, we understand the realities of industry transformation and support clients as pragmatic, collaborative partners focused on execution and value creation.
