About MDE

We’re Marion Diversified Enterprises (MDE), a family-run business based in Des Moines, IA. Founded 43 years ago, we began with a focus on the niche business of cleaning and servicing telephone booths, a common fixture at the time. Over the years, as the needs of our clients evolved and our company grew, we expanded our services and adapted to new market demands, emerging as a full-service facility and property management company. Today, we offer a wide range of services, including landscaping, snow removal, janitorial services and general maintenance, catering to thousands of client locations across multiple states. This evolution from a specialized business to a comprehensive management company reflects our commitment to growth and customer satisfaction. By staying true to our family-run roots while continuously expanding their service offerings, we have positioned ourselves as a reliable partner for businesses in need of comprehensive facility and property management solutions.
