About Meals in the Meantime

Meals in the Meantime is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing food support and assistance. Our mission is filling the food gap in Chicagoland south suburbs with nourishment and dignity. We help seniors, single women and men, families, young adults, and children. We provide food at drive-thru, pop-up food pantries by partnering with local townships, community-based organizations, and faith-based organizations. We help people who need food directly in communities where they live. The core of our work is putting free, fresh, healthy, high-quality food directly in the hands of people in need.
