To recapture those clinic hours, we built “Heard.”—a B2B SaaS platform that automates hearing aid patient support. Crucially, this software creates a data feedback loop that learns where incumbent devices fail, which informs and de-risks our core hardware development: a patented, next-generation hearing technology invisibly integrated into premium eyewear. By leading with software that immediately improves clinic margins, we are generating early revenue, securing a captive distribution network, and engineering a luxury product that patients will wear with confidence.
