In distressed engagements, we step in on projects that have already lost schedule, budget, or confidence. We diagnose the root causes, rebuild the execution plan, and bring the project back under control. The Distressed Project Playbook, developed by Mechanika, codifies this practice. Our reference engagements span mining, power, nuclear, defense, and heavy industrial infrastructure — from large industrial projects, to contemporary work with private-equity-backed nuclear and port infrastructure clients across three continents.
