Mederi Group | Your Path to Healing Starts Here At Mederi, we believe healing happens in relationship, through honesty, safety, curiosity, and connection. We’re a group of licensed therapists offering care for individuals, couples, children and families, rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR, EFT, IFS, and somatic therapy. Our work is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. We support people navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship conflict, infidelity, life transitions, and identity exploration. Many of our clients are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed internally. We help them slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with who they truly are. For those seeking more immersive work, we offer extended-format EMDR and couples intensives, personalized sessions designed to help you move through what’s stuck, with focused care and more time to heal. Whether you’re showing up for your relationship, healing old wounds, or simply craving a space to feel known, we’re here for it. Mederi means “to heal.” That’s our work and our hope.
