Mediwatch market a range of urodynamics, ultrasound and biochemistry systems, together with a comprehensive range of urodynamic consumable products. In December 2006, Mediwatch Plc successfully completed an agreement to purchase stock and license certain intellectual property from the urology diagnostics division of Medtronic A/S. This acquisition brought the benefit of a global footprint distribution network.
