About Meeks + Partners

We’re not just architects, we’re strategic partners to multifamily developers. For more than 50 years, the talents of Meeks + Partners have shaped the practices and design standards of multifamily architecture across the U.S. and abroad. Our expertise comes from a team of leaders who are passionately involved with each project, from the moment the first line is drawn on a site plan to the final delivery of construction documents. Our firm has earned a trusted reputation for intelligent land planning, density studies, and large-scale master-planned mixed-use developments. Whether we’re designing a 3-story garden apartment, a podium mid-rise, or a 20+ story high-rise, our approach remains the same: create efficient, buildable, and profitable projects that perform for developers and investors alike. WHAT WE ARE KNOWN FOR • Reliable, predictable delivery: clean documentation and coordination that keep projects on schedule. • Land planning & density expertise: optimized sites that maximize value, livability, and yield. • Hands-on leadership: every project benefits from direct partner involvement from day one. • Scalable multifamily experience: from local developments to international mixed-use communities. • Developer-aligned design: architecture that considers construction type, cost, and pro forma performance. • Long-term relationships: decades of repeat clients who trust us for results, not just design. OUR PROMISE Every project we design is guided by the same commitment — to create solutions that make sense for both the site and the client. Through careful planning and collaboration, we help developers build with confidence, knowing their projects will perform as well in reality as they do on paper. ARCHITECTURE BUILT FOR DEVELOPERS
