MegaBox Fitness is the place to exercise, de-stress & have fun with a friendly, expert team! We really are a gym with a difference. Check out our family run fitness centre in the heart of Leamington Spa on Warwick Street (inside The Neighbourhood). We provide: 45 minute fitness & boxing workout, 1-2-1 personal training and small group personal training, teen sessions as well as business & employee wellbeing experiences. Our detailed approach and expertise at MegaBox is applicable to both the general public and sports participants. The coaching team has over 15 years combined experience and is backed by Tim and Helen Exeter... Tim has coached International & Professional teams in Rugby and Football, including World Champions from England Rugby, Indian Cricket, Motorsport , Boxing and Ryder Cup Golf. Helen has been a Pilates Teacher for 20 years. Stott certified in Mat work, Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair. Our philosophy: train your age and one size does not fit all! We are all unique! It's about you, not us!
