Megan McAllister Human Resources consulting provides senior Human Resources and leadership consulting and advisory services to busy management and executive teams, human resources departments and business owners on a part-time or as needed basis. She has envisioned and executed programs related to performance management, learning & development, culture and employer branding, and led a team that achieved Top Employer status. Having grown her professional experience around lawyers, Megan could not have had a better education in effectively solving business problems, reducing risk and pivoting strategy - skills that serve her well in her current work as a Human Resources consultant across multiple industries.
