About Melbourne Mentoring Club

134 years at the current rate, for female representation, isn't a pipeline problem, it's a preparation problem. And nobody is solving it below the executive level. MMC is. Melbourne Mentoring Club is a membership community for professional women who are capable of far more than the opportunities in front of them suggest. We don't wait for the boardroom to notice them. We build the person the boardroom can't ignore. The women who will lead Australia's boardrooms in ten years are working right now. MMC is where they stop waiting to be chosen and start becoming the person who gets chosen.
