About Meli

Meli means better, and that is the ethos we bring to our beer. Created at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, our recipe merges tradition with cutting-edge science, resulting in the first American beer brewed entirely with quinoa as the grain base. Our business is proudly woman owned and operated.
