About MemberView

Helping Associations Build Membership That Lasts MemberView is a Canadian membership growth consultancy founded by Jeff Hanlan, AAiP, focused on helping associations build strong, resilient membership communities that deliver real value over time. We work with individual and industry associations across Canada, supporting membership strategy, leadership, and transformation through periods of growth, disruption, and change. Our work is grounded in real-world association experience and a deep understanding of how members join, engage, and stay. Our work connects recruitment, onboarding, activation, and renewal into a clear, sustainable lifecycle, captured in the ROAR Method™ — a proven framework designed to help associations grow lifetime members, not short-term wins. Associations partner with MemberView when they need: • Senior-level membership leadership without the cost of a full-time hire • A trusted partner to guide teams through transition, growth, or stalled momentum • Practical training, tools, and consulting grounded in lived association experience • Support modernizing membership strategy, including responsible and practical use of AI • Insightful and engaging speaking for association teams, boards, chapters and component relations, and member-focused events As a certified AI for Associations Professional (AAiP), MemberView helps associations explore how technology and AI can strengthen member value, increase staff capacity, and support better decision-making without losing the human side of membership. Our work includes fractional membership leadership, hands-on consulting, training programs, and speaking engagements, including the ROAR Method™ and the 3V Membership Sales Program. Above all, MemberView works as part of your team — practical, collaborative, and focused on outcomes that matter to your members and your organization.
