Memorie Group - Williamsburg Real Estate jobs and careers

About Memorie Group - Williamsburg Real Estate

The Memorie Group is a boutique real estate office, brokered by eXp Realty, and located in the colonial heart of Williamsburg, VA. We provide professional representation and consultation to home buyers and sellers. We represent clients from Richmond to Hampton Roads, and everywhere in between. Memorie Munson earned her real estate license in 1978 and has made a career out of putting client's first, and making every effort to simplify their experience during their property transaction. Her reputation for integrity and experience is why we often represent fellow Realtors in their retirement. As the team's Senior Real Estate Specialist, Memorie now focuses largely on helping buyers find their dream retirement home, or helping sellers manage their downsizing process. Ben Munson was licensed in 2005, and spent several years working as a rental agent and the co-founder of an online rental listing marketplace, Newdigs.com. Ben moved to Williamsburg in 2013 to partner with Memorie and earned his broker's license in 2017. As broker/owner of the Memorie Group, Ben helps sellers determine their optimal listing price, and manages a team of preferred contractors to prepare client's homes for sale. Our team regularly saves clients hundreds or thousands on work ahead of listing and following home inspections. Ben has made major investments in 3D home imaging and drone technology to better present our client's home's in our marketing and social media channels. All our listings now receive a Matterport virtual tour experience.
